John came out to us after we had a leaky pipe by the water tank on a Saturday morning. He really quick at sorting the issue out and knew exactly what he was talking about. We phoned him last night night and this morning he came out to us. We’ve had a few plumbing issues recently with different companies fobbing us off but John was 10/10 and we will be using him in future if needed. Definitely recommend. Service: Plumbing leak repair

Very professional fitted new oil boiler and nest thermostat for me in two days. Knowledge of the Nest thermostat was brilliant couldn't fault his work. Very happy.

Stay away. He messed up my house. Drilled holes in supporting joists, argued with my builders and caused loads of issues. When I had Homeserve recently the chap said I wish they would shut him down, we have to fix so many of his problems.

Whatever you do, you can trust John Dillon to NOT reply to your calls or messages ever. I contacted him numerous times over the past few years about different jobs (big or small) and never managed to get anything done through him. He will sometimes agree to visiting a property and then not show up, or not even pick up the phone or respond to your queries anyway. Don't waste your time trying.

Total waste of space. He was told not to come at a certain time as my wife had to do school run, guess what he turned up while my wife was out. I phoned him up and the man was totally rude on the phone and said he will be there the next day, guess what he did'nt turn up. The previous work he had done for us under the sink was almost a bodge job according to another plumber/heating engineer which has come across his so called work before. KEEP WELL CLEAR from this tradesman!!!!

To quote "Just phoned this man and he was most unhelpful and then hung up on me." This muppet has now twice ignored my voicemail messages. He can sod off. I'll be giving negative reviews wherever I can. BTW, the one star was the minimum the website allows. it would be zero otherwise.

Called round in the early evening after we were home from work to look at a faulty toilet. Assessed the problem within a few minutes and was able to complete the repair using new parts that were in the van. Did a thorough and tidy job for a reasonable price.

John had performed several different plumbing jobs for me over the last few weeks including fitting a new Oil Boiler and Flu, Radiator, Heating Pump and general copper and plastic pipe re-routing. John is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
